Prices are exclusive of tax. The software fee is one time. The ₹1,000 for install and training is also one time. Updates and support for the first year are included. From year 2, you take a support pack for new updates and support. Even if you do not, your software and data keep working. There is a special rate for early customers: contact us to ask.

Where is our data kept, and how safe is it?

All your accounts stay in the Sheet and Drive of your own Google account. We do not keep them with us. Every change is recorded (Audit Log) and a backup can be taken in one click.

Do we need a computer, or does it work on mobile?

It works on mobile too. You only need internet and a browser. Members (Collectors) get a separate simple page with big buttons.

Do we need a Google account?

Yes, the organisation needs a Google (Gmail) account, because your data stays in it. We stay with you during installation.

Is it hard to learn?

It is made as simple as a register and is fully in Hindi. At the start we teach you in person or by phone. A user guide is included.

What do we get in the trial?

You can try it free for 30 days. If you do not like it, you pay nothing. If you do, the data you entered carries on as it is.

What happens after the first year?

Your software and all your data keep working as before. For new updates and support you take a support pack: Basic ₹999, Standard ₹1,299, Pro ₹1,999 per year.

What if we are a trust or committee, not a samaj?

You choose the organisation type at installation. Samaj sees the word "family" and the others see "member". All other features are the same.
